Kari O'Rourke, president of Imagine Pediatrics, says providers can reduce ER visits and costs by wrapping care around the whole family, unifying fragmented records with technology and addressing child patients' social needs.

Pediatric chronic care company Clarity Pediatrics also secured $10 million in seed funding and Los Angeles-based Handl Health brought in $2.5M.

The health system's expanded app, Cedars-Sinai Connect, will allow parents and Spanish-speaking adults to access 24/7 on-demand care.

The pediatrics care delivery space has long been operating with a gap in innovative health solutions.

The company said it has grown its business by 400% in the last three months alone.

GoCheck will be using the funds to beef up its AI capabilities and facilitate new EHR integrations.

As part of the deal Cincinnati Children's will advise Teladoc Health about pediatric-specific workflows, clinical requirements and care components. 

The program gives parents an iPad with patient-specific measurements and variables for them to gather at home. 

The duo plan to develop a product that is able to remotely monitor hypertensive patients and get them care faster.
